My Sathi
Daily check-ins, health todos, biomarker awareness, mood tracking, weekly wellness reports, proactive nudges, and text/voice/video conversations.
Getting Started with My Sathi
My Sathi is your personal wellness companion, accessible from your dashboard. Click Open app on the My Sathi card, or use the sidebar to navigate directly.
- From the dashboard, click the My Sathi card.
- You’ll land on the My Sathi home page, which shows your daily check-in, health todos, mood tracker, and recent conversations.
- Connect your wearable device in Settings > Wearables for the most personalized experience.
Daily Check-ins
Each day, My Sathi greets you with a personalized check-in based on your wearable data and recent activity. The check-in covers:
- How you slept (duration, quality, sleep stages)
- Your current energy and readiness level
- Mood check (how are you feeling today?)
- Recommended focus areas for the day
Completing your daily check-in takes less than a minute and helps My Sathi tailor your health todos and nudges for the day.
Health Todos
Health todos are daily actionable tasks personalized to your goals and current data. Examples include:
- Drink 8 glasses of water
- Take a 10-minute stretch break
- Complete a 20-minute walk
- Wind down for sleep by 10:30 PM
- Log your lunch
Completing todos builds your wellness streak and contributes to your weekly wellness score.
Biomarker Awareness
My Sathi continuously monitors biomarkers from your connected wearable and highlights trends that matter:
- Resting heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV)
- Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2)
- Sleep stages (deep, REM, light, awake)
- Body battery / readiness score
- Stress levels throughout the day
- Daily step count and active minutes
If you upload bloodwork results, My Sathi incorporates lab-based biomarkers into your overall health picture.
Mood Tracking
Log your mood during daily check-ins or anytime throughout the day. My Sathi tracks your mood patterns over time and correlates them with sleep quality, activity levels, and other biomarkers to surface insights.
Tip: Consistent mood logging helps My Sathi identify patterns. For example, it might notice that poor sleep correlates with lower mood and suggest earlier bedtimes.
Weekly Wellness Reports
Every week, My Sathi generates a comprehensive wellness report that includes:
- Sleep quality trends and averages
- Activity and step count summaries
- Mood trend analysis
- Nutrition adherence (if using Nutrition Studio)
- Biomarker changes and notable shifts
- Wins for the week and areas for improvement
- Personalized recommendations for the week ahead
Proactive Nudges
Proactive nudges are real-time notifications triggered by your data. Examples include:
- Stress spike detected — try a breathing exercise
- Sedentary for 2 hours — time for a walk
- Hydration reminder based on activity level
- Sleep wind-down reminder based on your target bedtime
Nudges can be customized or turned off entirely in Settings > Notifications.
Text, Voice & Video Conversations
My Sathi supports three conversation modes so you can interact however you prefer:
- Text: Chat anytime with no session limits.
- Voice: Tap the microphone icon for a real-time voice conversation. Free users get 2 voice sessions per week.
- Video: Bloom and Thrive subscribers can access video avatar sessions for a face-to-face experience.
