Getting Started
Everything you need to set up your account and start tracking your health.
Creating Your Account
Sathi.fit offers two ways to create an account. Both are free and take less than a minute.
Option A: Sign up with Google or GitHub
- Go to sathi.fit and click Get Started.
- Click Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub.
- Approve the permission request on the provider’s page.
- You will be redirected to your dashboard — you’re all set!
Tip: Signing up with Google or GitHub is the fastest option — your account is automatically verified and ready to use immediately.
Option B: Sign up with email
- Click Get Started and enter your email address and a password (minimum 6 characters).
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Sathi.fit.
- Click the link in the email to activate your account.
- You will be redirected to your dashboard.
Navigating the Dashboard
After logging in, you land on your Dashboard. This is your home base where you can access all Sathi.fit apps. The dashboard greets you by name with a time-of-day message.
The dashboard shows:
- Quick Access — shortcut cards to jump directly to Health Analytics, showing your consolidated health data from all connected wearables.
- Get the most out of Sathi.fit — quick links to connect your Oura Ring, WHOOP, Strava, other wearables, or set up Health Alerts.
- Your Apps — cards for each Sathi.fit service. Click “Open app” to launch any of them.
- Management portals (if applicable) — for therapists and admins.
- Help link — quick access to the Help Center from the top-right of the dashboard header.
Navigating Within Apps
Once inside any app, you have several navigation tools to move around efficiently:
- App Switcher — a dropdown near the top of the sidebar lets you switch between Oura Wellness, WHOOP, Strava, Health Analytics, Health Providers, and ParentPulse with one click — no need to return to the dashboard.
- Breadcrumbs — displayed below the header on every page, showing your current location in the app hierarchy. Click any breadcrumb to navigate back.
- Health Alerts bell icon — a bell icon in the header on every wellness page links to your Health Alerts configuration, where you can set warning and critical thresholds for all your biometrics across providers.
- Mobile bottom tabs — on mobile devices, a bottom tab bar provides quick access to the most-used sections of each app. Tap More to open the full sidebar menu.

Oura Wellness
Connect your Oura Ring to track sleep, activity, readiness, heart rate variability (HRV), and more. View daily scores, historical trends, and correlations between your health metrics.

WHOOP
Connect your WHOOP band directly for recovery scores, daily strain, sleep performance, and workout tracking with continuous heart rate and HRV monitoring.
Strava
Connect your Strava account directly to import running, cycling, and other activity data including performance metrics and YTD statistics.
Health Providers & Analytics
Connect additional wearables — Garmin, Polar, Suunto — via our OpenWearables platform. The Health Analytics dashboard consolidates data from all connected providers (Oura, WHOOP, Strava, and OpenWearables) into a single unified view with provider toggle controls.
