1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sathi.fit (the “Services”), operated by Sparklab LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Service Description
Sathi.fit is a multi-app health and wellness platform that provides:
- Integration with wearable health devices (Oura Ring, Garmin, WHOOP, Polar, Suunto, Strava) to display health metrics, trends, and correlations via a unified My Health Hub dashboard
- Nutrition Studio: AI-powered meal planning, grocery lists, and dietary tracking with personalized recommendations
- Meditation & Yoga: guided sessions across multiple traditions and styles, with AI-powered meditation guides
- Strava integration for workout and activity tracking with performance metrics and YTD statistics
- ParentPulse: an AI-powered guidance tool, community forum, wellbeing check-ins, and a directory of licensed therapists with booking and video session capabilities
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

THE INFORMATION DISPLAYED THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING HEALTH METRICS FROM WEARABLE DEVICES, IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. DO NOT DISREGARD, AVOID, OR DELAY OBTAINING MEDICAL ADVICE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH SATHI.FIT.
5. AI Therapist Disclaimer
The ParentPulse AI therapist is an AI-powered tool that generates responses using artificial intelligence. It is NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health professional. No therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship is created through the use of the AI therapist feature.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. The AI therapist is designed to provide general guidance and support but is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
6. Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer

SATHI.FIT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR USE IN MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES. IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS IN IMMEDIATE DANGER OR EXPERIENCING A MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
7. Wearable Data Consent & Authorization
When you connect a wearable device or fitness platform (Oura Ring, Garmin, WHOOP, Polar, Suunto, Strava), you explicitly authorize Sathi.fit to access specific health data types through the provider’s API. By authorizing:
- You consent to the collection and processing of your health and biometric data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You acknowledge that we access data through the provider’s official APIs (e.g., Garmin Connect API, Oura Cloud API) in compliance with their developer terms.
- You may revoke authorization at any time by disconnecting the provider in your Sathi.fit account settings or through the provider’s own connected apps settings.
- Upon disconnection, data collection ceases immediately and historical data is deleted per our data retention policy.
- We do not access any data beyond what you have explicitly authorized during the OAuth consent flow.
8. Wearable Data Accuracy
Health data from wearable devices is provided by the respective device manufacturers and fitness platforms. This data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Wearable health sensors are consumer-grade devices and are not medical-grade instruments. You should not rely solely on wearable data for health decisions.
9. Third-Party API Compliance
Sathi.fit integrates with third-party APIs in compliance with each provider’s developer terms and conditions. We:
- Access data only through official, approved API channels.
- Comply with rate limits, data usage restrictions, and branding guidelines set by each provider.
- Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense raw health data obtained through third-party APIs.
- Use third-party data solely for the purpose of providing personalized wellness insights to the authenticated user who authorized access.
10. Therapist Services
Sathi.fit acts as a marketplace connecting users with independent licensed therapists. Therapists on our platform are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Sparklab LLC. We verify therapist credentials during the onboarding process but are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of therapy sessions. Any therapeutic relationship is between you and the therapist.
11. Community Guidelines
When using community features, you agree not to:
- Post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory
- Share specific medical diagnoses or prescribe treatments to others
- Post misleading health claims or misinformation
- Share personal information of others without their consent
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
- Impersonate a healthcare professional
While posts may be displayed anonymously to other users, your identity is known to us. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Anonymity may be waived when required by law or to protect user safety.
12. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Therapist session fees are set by individual therapists. A platform fee of 15% is deducted from each session payment. Therapist payouts are processed through Stripe Connect.
13. Business & Enterprise Terms
The following additional terms apply to organizations purchasing Sathi.fit subscriptions on behalf of their employees or members (“Business Customers”).
- Per-seat licensing: Business subscriptions are licensed on a per-seat basis. The Business Customer is responsible for payment of all provisioned seats, regardless of individual employee usage.
- Admin accounts: Business Customers may designate administrators who can manage seat provisioning, view aggregate (anonymized) wellness reports, and manage billing. Administrators do not have access to individual employee health data, AI conversations, or personal metrics.
- Data separation: Individual employee health data, AI therapy conversations, personal metrics, and wearable data are never shared with the Business Customer or its administrators. Business Customers receive only aggregate, anonymized wellness statistics.
- Employee rights: Employees retain full control over their personal health data and account, independent of the Business Customer’s subscription. If the Business Customer’s subscription ends, each employee’s personal account persists and reverts to the Free plan — no data is deleted.
- Service level: Business Customers receive dedicated account management, priority support, and custom onboarding. Custom service-level agreements (SLAs) are available upon request.
- Custom agreements: Organizations requiring custom data processing agreements, BAAs, or additional contractual terms may enter into a separate Business Service Agreement. Contact business@sathi.fit for details.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Sathi.fit — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Sparklab LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
15. User Content
By posting content on Sathi.fit (including community posts and replies), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services using automated means
- Use the Services to train AI or machine learning models without authorization
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPARKLAB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
18. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sparklab LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
21. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
