Managing Your Account
Your Sathi.fit account is managed through your My Profile page. Access it from the dashboard header or the user menu on the marketing site.
- Editing your name: Go to My Profile and update your full name. Changes are reflected across the platform immediately.
- Viewing connected devices: The Profile page shows your Oura Ring and Health Provider connection status with quick links to manage them.
- Subscription management: View your current plan and manage billing directly from the Profile page.
- Signing out: Click Sign out from the Profile page, dashboard header, or from the sidebar footer in any app.
- Changing your password: If you signed up with email, click Forgot password? on the login page, or go directly to the password reset page. Enter your email and check your inbox for a reset link.
- Social login: If you signed up with Google or GitHub, your password is managed by that provider. You can change it in your Google/GitHub account settings.
Data Privacy & Security
We take your privacy seriously. Here’s a summary of how your data is handled:
- Authentication: We use Supabase Auth with industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- Wearable data: Connected via OAuth 2.0. We only store access tokens (encrypted at rest), never your wearable account passwords.
- Row-level security: Your data is isolated at the database level. No user can access another user’s data.
- Health provider data: Synced through our self-hosted OpenWearables infrastructure. Data never passes through third-party analytics services.
- AI conversations: ParentPulse AI sessions are not shared or used for training. You can opt out of conversation logging and delete history at any time.

Disconnecting Wearable Providers
You can disconnect a wearable provider at any time. This revokes Sathi.fit’s access to that provider’s data.
- Go to the relevant app (Oura Wellness or Health Providers).
- Navigate to the connection or settings page.
- Click Disconnect next to the provider you want to remove.
Note: Disconnecting a provider stops new data from syncing. Previously synced data remains in your account unless you request deletion.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your Sathi.fit account and all associated data, contact our support team.
- Send an email to hello@sathi.fit with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- We will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 5 business days.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including health metrics, bookings, community posts, and AI conversation history, will be permanently removed.
